Having both the design sensibilities and the construction knowhow to manifest this newly renovated kitchen space, the owners played equal parts architect, interior designer, and contractor. Our task became setting the stage for the conditions of the new kitchen. This included shoring the second level, demolishing a structural wall, cutting through an exterior stone wall, and setting of a new steel post and beam assembly to carry the second level load. From there the homeowners took the baton and finished out a beautiful modern kitchen!
