When your client is two months pregnant, you know they’re ‘expecting’ you to ‘deliver’. This project is near and dear to our heart as it was completed for none other than Jim and John’s sister, Kimberly! In anticipation of the newest addition to the Square family, this first-floor renovation was expediently executed.

Utilizing every square foot available,the project included converting an existing garage into a snazzy wet bar with flanking closets for storage. The island acts as the newest social gathering point for family and friends, creating a space to snack on appetizers or sip a drink.Thrilled that Kimberly’s family has the space it needs to continue growing comfortably and in style!
